In honor of The Queen of Soul, Aretha Franklin, Cabaret for Life presents a truly unique entertainer named JaQuita, one of the most versatile, exciting and moving performers ever to grace the CFL stage. JaQuita’s versatility, vibrant energy and unforgettable stage presence are matched only by her stunning vocal ability. She has been compared to Whitney Houston, Martha Walsh and Tina Turner. JaQuita will be backed by the Randy Haze Trio playing alongside horns and backup singers to recreate some of Aretha’s iconic songs, including “RESPECT,” “Think (Freedom),” “Amazing Grace” and “Skylark.” An artist who has toured the US and Europe with Grammy winners, JaQuita is thrilled to be making her CFL debut in Asbury Park for our patrons.
