Samantha Sayah has been seen in national television commercials and indie films, and has combined her love for theatre and traveling by performing on stages around the world. She has been acting, singing, and dancing since she was ten years old. In high school, she trained at the Freehold Performing Arts Center in NJ (notable alumni: Kal Penn, Joanne Nosuchinski, Tom Pelphrey.). Samantha went on to train at Broadway Artists Alliance in NYC as a work-study student. Samantha has a Bachelors in Fine Arts in Musical Theatre from Montclair State University.
Samantha recently returned home to NYC after traveling the country playing “Lucille & Others” in the national tour of Junie B.’s Essential Survival Guide… with Theatreworks USA. She has worked regionally at the Summer Theatre of New Canaan, as well as internationally across the world in Japan, performing in Tokyo Disneyland. She is currently a MainStage Performer on board the Disney Wonder with Disney Cruise Lines, performing in three of their MainStage shows: Disney Dreams, The Golden Mickeys, and Frozen.
As a lover of children’s theatre, Samantha has also toured regionally with the Summer Theatre of New Canaan as the Ladybug in James and the Giant Peach. Samantha works with children as the head choreographer the Howell PAL Theatre Company, under the direction of Ms. Gillian Bryck. She has choreographed their main summer musicals, Hairspray, Suessical, Shrek, and The Little Mermaid. Currently, she works with Ms. Bryck teaching acting and dance master classes with the Actor’s Toolbox, working with kids ages six to thirteen.
